The BLX Internship Program is an initiative to provide an opportunity to get visibility into what financial planning is all about. This program is designed to get your foot in the door to the profession, to learn about personal finance, and gain real-world experience from participating firms.

Qualifications to Apply
Identify as Black or Latinx
Be eligible to work in the US
Open to college juniors, seniors, grad students and career changers
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
If you are currently in college, we require you to submit a copy of your unofficial transcript.
Internship Offerings
This internship will give you an opportunity to learn about financial planning first-hand. You will have the opportunity to develop your soft skills, financial skills, and grow your network of high-achieving professionals.

Compensation
At BLX, we believe that gaining valuable work experience shouldn't come at the cost of working for free. That's why we guarantee our interns a minimum wage of $20 per hour from their host firm.

Experience
We want to ensure that our interns are set up for success and are able to prepare for their future careers. Interns will receive a minimum of 20 hours per week (up to 40) to gain valuable experience throughout their internship.
